I have contacted the tree trimming department of Parks and Rec multiple times. There is a tree branch, hanging form the city's side, going it my roof. I am afraid that it is going to damage my house. I called at least four times, with always the same answer of, "I'll put it on the list." I'm a tax paying home owner, and I am tired of waiting on the list.
