Two places where tires have been dumped in East Rock Park over the guard rail along Farnam Drive. Each dump is 20-25 tires. One is about 100 yards north of the pedestrian crosswalk and the other is about 100 yards south. I'm certain the southern site is recent, probably on Saturday May 20. Less certain about the northern site. Somebody seems to be regularly dumping 20-25 tires at a time along this stretch of Farnam Drive. It happens every couple of months.
