East Rock Alert: On my way to work I saw a deceased, young adult Tabby cat that had been hit by a car on Foster Street (I think between Willow and Canner). There was a turquoise collar with a bell next to him I moved him to the East side of the road and placed him in the grass near a telephone pole. This kitty looked like someone's well-loved pet, so please share and help his human(s) avoid the anguish of not knowing their cat's fate.
