Sidewalk not maintained by property owner

Property owner on the southernmost corner of eagle and foster does not remove leaves from the sidewalk. Nor do they trim back their bushes, which impede the sidewalk. In the winter, they do not remove snow. This causes a hazard to pedestrians, especially those using crutches or wheelchairs.
