Dying Tree: Unsafe

The maple tree in front of our home appears to be dying and we are concerned that branches threaten pedestrians and the power lines. A large branch fell from this tree last year (so large a chain saw was required). The tree is now even sicker. It should be inspected by the Parks Department and removed.
