Bulk Trash appointments must be scheduled in person during the hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Department of Public Works, 34 Middletown Avenue. The large item pick-up service costs $50 and is limited exclusively to New Haven residents, who will be required to show proof of city residency to schedule a pick-up.
