Why is the City ticketing residential parkers when you have not had the permits available in a timely fashion (for years!)?? You are wasting everyones time by ticketing - I do not have the time or the desire to make a trip to city hall to contest an undeserved ticket, while I have submitted my paperwork for permits weeks ago and have not yet received them, (let's not even mention the nonfunctional online submission debacle) - These quality of life issues make residents angry and it makes the City administration appear incompetent. What is your solution??
