There appears to be a large rotten area of the trunk high up on a tree at the NW corner of Foster and Lawrence Sts/which looks very dangerous! ( the whole crown looks like it could fall over if it cracks there. I did show it to a parks employee who was picking up leaf bags as well. Thanks!
