Trash pick up blow off

I called first thing Friday morning because all the houses on rock streets trash was not picked up. I was told someone would do it. Called later in the days and was told others have called and someone was going to get it. If not today Saturday because that had leaf bags to get. It is clear that it is not happening because it is to late in the day for it to be happening. Which means it will not be happening till next trash pick up. So I wish the had been honest and just said that because not the animal will be making a mess of our streets. will PW be cleaning the mess up too because they dropped the ball??
