For the past few days, the street light at the Livingston / Willow intersection has had the 4-way blinking red light instead of its regular street light function. So far, I have witnessed 5 almost accidents in which drivers are unsure who has the right of way and nearly driving into each other. In one particular incident, a pedestrian was almost struck by a driver who was too confused by everyone trying to go at the same time. Please revert the function of this street light to normal, as this is a busy intersection, that leads to the highway and someone will get hurt.
