Witnessed this poor cat get hit by a car this morning at 10:15am (on Willow near Whitney). They crawled back behind a local house and passed away. No collar. Grey and black tabby, small to medium size, green eyes. If this is just a stray does anyone know who could come and handle or take away the poor deceased creature?
