We were traveling on Interstate 15 northbound near exit 61 on Thursday, January 25th. A Subaru Legacy with 641S license plate of bluish gray color was holding traffic in the right lane for good 10 minutes preventing the cars behind it to pass. It was driving with the speed of the left lane that was moving slower and intentionally blocking anyone who tried to pass it.
