On top of East Rock where the observation area is you can not see in the direction of State St or Erector Square because the sumac needs to be cut down so visitors to our city can see a full view.. It is a shame that our parks are not maintained like they used to be. I was told they only have 1 truck with a bucket that is working, isf so lets get the other 2 back in service.
