Snow plowing/emergency vehicles

The odd side of Bradley street needs to be widened. Snow bank is 3 feet from the curb. When cars start parking on the odd side after the ban the street will be to narrow for emergency vehicles to navigate. Possibly making for a dangerous situation. Thank you
