Poor maintenance

Please see photos attached of the very sloppy maintenance and cuttings of the East Rock Park the faces Rock Street. I know we can do better We can't post multiple photos but there's a ledge under there This was just some machine they came down the street and no one came back now it's all dry and it just looks awful
