Although the antique fence at Phelps Triangle was damaged more than one year ago, the Parks Dept. has not set out a timeline for the repair of the fence. The Garden Club of New Haven has maintained this beautiful urban jewel for more than 50 years, requiring very little from Parks. The need for a repair of the fence has gone unacknowledged and completely ignored by Parks for more than a year.
