Parking Violation/Abandoned Auto

Parking laws never enforced on this road. Everyday people without zone 3 permits are parked despite it being a zoned street. Parking enforcement does not come down this far and enforce the laws. As of now there are more cars parked on this street without zone stickers than those with. Also regularly abused by people using “guest” permits permanently. Currently a brown Nissan Altima with a guest permit has been taking up a 2 car curb for themselves with a guest permit. Car hasn’t moved in over two weeks and has been parking on our road for months. Why do I bother paying to register my vehicle in the city and getting a proper permit when apparently the laws aren’t enforced anyways.
