The sidewalk on Eagle Street, which I believe is the responsibility of 109 Foster St, is overtaken by unswept leaves and untrimmed bushes and has become a dumping ground for pet feces and trash. With the number of children in the neighborhood, this is a health hazard and needs to be cleaned up. Please contact owner.
