I hate to sound like a Scrooge, but a number of high school-age children routinely hang out here. They shout, scream expletives at each other and at cars, and are generally just being kids but they disturb the otherwise peaceful neighborhood. Wouldn't be an issue if it weren't every day twice a day, on what I guess is their lunch break (~12pm) and then once they are out of school (~2:45pm). Not sure what can be done about this but would appreciate any acknowledgement.
