Car Parked in No Standing zone

This Volvo Cross Country, CT LIC# 827-ZJZ has been parked in the No Standing zone in front of Romeo's for at least the half hour I was in the market. I almost got T-boned pulling out of Linden, as it is blocking the view of traffic to the right. Car has numerous stickers for Cold Spring School, and Watkinson School on the driver's side. I guess if you're rich enough to send your kids to those private schools, you can park wherever you like in East Rock.
