I've noticed four emergency no parking signs scattered on our street, for Monday July 23 from 9-4pm. I'm wondering why these signs were posted? I suspect it might be a private resident, since the 9-4p time is nonstandard for city-wide parking bans, and today is not a street sweeping scheduled day. Thanks!
