Two days ago, our family adopted a puppy that--upon being startled--escaped tonight while being walked in East Rock on a leash and wearing an orange harness, along with a flea and tick collar. We and our kids hadn't fully settled his name so hadn't yet put a collar with his name and our phone numbers: 203.800.5723 and 203.645.3864. Attached is a photo from when we first adopted him this weekend (with a different harness). He may not yet answer to what we've tentatively started to call him: "Bumpers" or "Bumper."
