The sidewalk has heaved over an inch and presents a real tripping hazard. I wonder if it could be grinded down to match what is next to it. Being that there is public school a few feet away (Worthington Hooker) and a lot of people walk past this daily. The heave is on the On the Northwest Corner of Liviingston and Willow Street. It is on Livingston Street about 20 feet from the corner of Willow. Image attached. I personally have stubbed my foot on this a few times.
