There were no paper signs hung to advise people of the Thursday sweep. Also I did not receive a text message or phone call. The street sweeping calendar found online lists Monday the 13th and Tuesday the 14th as Tag and Tow dates for East Rock street sweeping. I also checked this website for an renouncement and found none. I thought that all of by bases were covered and I still got tagged and towed.
