Seeking removal of abandoned mattress in my driveway

11 Edwards St- private residential driveway has ABANDONED MATTRESS in it. My neighbor has a dumpster in back of my driveway and has a right of way to remove containers down driveway. Mattress appears to have been abandoned en route to dumpsters, but the company will not remove the mattress, nor will neighbor. Trying to get public works and livable city initiative to help. Waiting for call back from neighborhood specialist. If anyone can help in collection of abandoned mattress I'd be very appreciative. It is city garbage. I don't have the manpower or vehicle to remove mattress myself. Thank you for any help. 860-593-5711
