Willow Street between the end of Mitchell Drive and the entrance to 91 has been unpaved and unmarked for weeks. This causes major slow downs (very bad at rush hour), cars crossing into wrong lanes (no lanes marked), and potential car damage because of bumps/rough roads/potential accidents
