Resident reports "There is a sign knocked down, broken off, on the sidewalk outside Phelps Triangle. It is, was, on the park side of Whitney Ave. there are two sharp pieces of metal sticking out of the sidewalk. Yesterday, the sign was still there. Someone might get hurt.".
