Traffic Signal / Pedestrian Signal

Incredibly dangerous intersection for pedestrians; I've witnessed several people almost hit by cars when crossing. There is no walk signal (just pedestrian crossing lines). When crossing Whitney on the South side, you can see that northbound traffic has a red light, but you can't see that southbound traffic sometimes does not due to the offset left turn arrow, leading to pedestrians almost getting hit. Please consider adding crossing signals or altering the pattern for this light so pedestrians don't walk into traffic; it's a lawsuit waiting to happen!
