A pile of sawdust left behind after tree removal this summer is now a hot spot on dogs' walks on the way to the dog park. It has been repeatedly peed upon and now smells of time-cured manure. Dogs keep peeing on it and it slowly rots from the inside creating a disgusting brown earthy pile of unpleasantness I believe I am not alone in my desire to have this removed before it freezes solid.
