Tree Trimming

At an intersection with considerable pedestrian, bicycle, and car traffic in a residential neighborhood, there is a large, old tree that includes major dead branches. Please don't take down the entire tree (part of which is still in solid shape), but please do trim the branches that pose a risk of falling on people (and/or power lines and cars) below.
