THIRD REQUEST THIS YEAR - EARLIER POSTS IGNORED BY CITY Please clean up the homeless encampments along the Mill River. And please implement some sort of plan, in future years, to manage these sites. I don't mind people living in the woods, but the amount of garbage generated is unacceptable anywhere, let alone in a park.
