I am a CT transit rider and since Monday, the bus I ride, as well as commuter traffic has been held up for over a mile on State St above Ferry. I am not sure if there is a traffic light issue, or another issue, but I, as well as, other commuters are arriving to our destinations late. I depend on the city and I pay my taxes. I expect this issue to be looked into.
