For the past couple of days, there has been a dead skunk rotting in the street in front of 90 Nicoll. The carcass is now in the driveway of that residence. The smell is as pleasant as you would imagine. Considering tonight is Halloween, I was hoping the city might be able to dispose of the decomposing body.
