Clogged spring on trail

Cold Spring, not the street, the actual spring, on the trail by the Mill River just NW of its intersection with Orange Street by the bridge, has been clogged with leaves for months. The basin fills up with water, the surrounding ground floods, causing perpetually muddy, slippery conditions and erosion. The leaves need to be removed so the spring can drain. The spot needs hardscaping and renovation, but that is a longer term issue.
