Public Space, Streets and Drains

Leaves have blown out of park and collected on sidewalk and street. Drain is cleared and then more leaves blow into street and block drains on both sides of street. This also a nuisance for neighbors as leave continue to blow across the street and into private yards all winter and into the spring.
