Parking Violation: Cars park in crosswalk blocking ADA accessible curb ramps and pedestrian crossing

On the eastide of of Canner & Nicholl, cars are parking in the pedestrian crossing at times partially or fully blocking it and the ADA accessible curb ramp. I've noticed this mostly on Tuesday after 5pm, though it is happening habitually. People cross that intersection to frequent a gym there and the lack of access combined with the lack of light and the speed at which cars drive on Nicholl make it a dangerous situation.
