My neighbor a few doors down at 20 Cottage St. leaves her dog out alone in the backyard barking very loudly non-stop for 20 minutes or more every single night. Some nights it's 9 or 9:30 but some nights it's at 11 or later when we are trying to sleep. Not sure who to report this too but the problem seems to be getting worse not better.
