Fountains Garage Towing driving dangerously

This towing company drove over the yellow line into oncoming traffic on Whitney then went straight in a turn lane to beat the light and when I called to complain they insisted the police asked them to disobey the traffic laws. They are a city contracted tower who needs to lose their contract. They also indicated they were very "tight" with the police towing operations supervisor so they were not concerned about my complaint. Please call in driving violations for these free for all, wanna be emergency vehicles that have no authority to break traffic laws.
