Tree Trimming

the large oak tree in front of 223 Canner St. has one large limb that is completely dead. it hangs directly over a power line. when the dead limb eventually falls (and it sheds smaller branches regularly) it will take out the power line and probably other utility lines as well. the dead limb should be pruned before it falls.
