Illegally Parked Municipal Vehicles

There are constantly cars parked in the no standing zones by P&M Market. It is posing a legitimate safety risk to pedestrians and drivers by obstructing sight lines. The worst part is that it is primarily municipal vehicles (Police, fire, public works) who are parking illegally. New Haven Police seem to be the worst offenders. Their job is to uphold and enforce the law, but they do not need to abide by it themselves? It is ridiculous and very frustrating for those of us who live in the neighborhood and have to drive around the block to find legal street parking. If only I worked for the city of New Haven I could park on the corner right in front of my place.
